简单 地来说，为了减肥，我在接下来的一个星期要吃掉30个苹果，~

最近~

今天早上又没能起床上课去~

最近终于有些事情要做了~ 下周之后的周末就是期待中的GRE课~ 不管怎么样，要保持好的心态~
 
一切都按步骤来~ 而且，要告诉自己有很多选择，不可以为一时的不顺气馁~
